Welcome, that's what a wreath says. I always have a wreath on our front door. I change it up with the change of seasons.
This fall I decided to change more than just the flowers on the wreath. We painted our door brown last year, which I love, but my twig wreath really didn't show up against the brown door. So out came the vanilla colored paint.
I also added some gold to the mix. It looks more yellow in the pictures, but it is gold, really it is!
I glue gunned the mini white pumpkins together. So far so good, no wild flying pumpkins when I open the door.
I stuck three sunflowers beneath the pumpkins.
I picked up some wheat at Michael's along with some other autumn foliage, all of it on sale yay!
Everything is tucked into the weave of the wreath. The only glue I used is on the mini pumpkins.
I can easily change it up whenever I want.
I am loving the soft colors so I will definitely be leaving it like this for awhile,
Well until Christmas.
I am linking my wreath up to a party at The CSI Project: The Fall Wreath Challenge. Each week at The CSI Project Dee has a creative challenge. And we all love a challenge right? Look for the link at the bottom of the this post.
So I hope my wreath says Welcome!
And I want to say thank you for stopping by.
Have a great day, Lori
