Sweater Pumpkins

This post was featured at A Stroll Thru Life!! Thank you so much Marty!!

Do you have a favorite sweater for Fall? I have three.
I love these three adorable pumpkins my dear childhood friend Wendy made for me.
The subtle colors are perfect for Fall.
Have you noticed how Wendy made each pumpkin stem different?

If I had to pick a favorite, I guess it would be this one (below) with the twine wrapped around the stem.

Below is a picture of our coffee table, where the pumpkins have a place of pride!

I first saw these pumpkins in a magazine while getting my hair done. I mentioned them to Wendy and she went straight to Google. She found the original Sweet Sweater Pumpkins by Deb Kennedy..
What a clever idea for an old sweater. Wendy went right to work with a sweater she had been saving for something unique, just like this idea.
Thank you Wendy I love them...and you too!

Dexter is having a Peter Rabbit identity crisis.  Occasionally he "helps" me harvest the garden. He will play with a ripe tomato for awhile and then eats it! He must have a vegan side to him.
Make sure you visit both Wendy's and Deb's blogs. You definitely want to check out their cute pumpkins.
Thank you for stopping by, and have a great day, Lori
